What you'll learn
For engineers who already ship LLM features and now need systems that take multi-step actions. The program treats agents as distributed software: they need clear permissions, observable state, evaluation and a human who can intervene. You finish with an agent system you can explain, measure and secure.
By the end, you will be able to
- Choose between single-agent, workflow and multi-agent designs for a given problem
- Design tool interfaces that are safe for a model to call
- Manage agent memory and context across long tasks
- Build approval steps and escalation paths for consequential actions
- Evaluate agent behaviour with trajectory-level metrics
- Defend agents against prompt injection and over-permissioning
