What we delete
Your account, profile, application and learning data. Some records may be kept where the law requires (for example, financial records) or to keep issued certificates verifiable, which we will explain in our response.
How to request
Signed-in users can request deletion from account settings. Anyone can request deletion through the contact page using the email address linked to their data. We verify identity before acting.
Timing
We confirm receipt promptly and complete requests within the period required by applicable law.
